shop policies

 1.  all sales are final; no cancellations after 2 hours (this also applies to commissions) 2.  first pay first serve basis 3.  all items are are handmade so some may have imperfections 4.  processing time is between one week unless stated otherwise 5.  bargaining, discounts, or ghosting will result in a ban 6.  repairs are free if we meet in person or pay the shipping to ship the broken item

payment policies

 1.  only accepting paypal and zelle- paypal: please send through "family & friends", or else i'll get a fee 2.  payment must be done within 12 hours after booking an item, otherwise it gets passed to the next 3.  transaction fees must be paid

shipping policies

 1.  worldwide shipping is currently unavailable 2.  please provide accurate delivery and contact information to prevent shipping issues 3.  shipping prices vary based on zip code/country 4.  tracking code will be given 5.  i'm not liable for any delayed, damaged, or lost items once parcel has been shipped

commissions policies

 1.  customs form (located in "links") must be filled before messaging 2.  half payment is required beforehand, the remaining balance of the order is paid after 3.  you will be contacted through instagram or email within 24 hours of filling out the customs form with a price range for the order 4.  pictures of the bead layout will be sent before wiring them together in case of any changes 5.  inspiration ideas and pictures will not be replicated, they will only be similar

returns policies

 1.  please provide a full unboxing video once you've received your parcel (and show the damage on the item if needed) 2.  no refunds unless your parcel never arrives or is damaged upon delivery

care tips

 1.  all items are handmade and fragile so be gentle and take good care of them 2.  avoid harsh pulling, tugging, etc. 3.  avoid leaving items in water for long period of time to avoid rusting
